Industrial resin flooring installation

Industrial Resin
Flooring Systems.

Seamless, high-performance resin floor systems engineered for factories, hospitals, food plants and warehouses — delivering chemical resistance, hygienic surfaces and decades of durability.

What We Do

Seamless flooring that protects your facility and your people.

Resin flooring is a liquid-applied, seamless coating that bonds permanently to concrete substrates. Unlike tiles or vinyl, resin creates a joint-free surface with zero seams — meaning no cracks for bacteria, chemicals or moisture to penetrate.

Our systems are used in pharmaceutical cleanrooms, food processing plants, chemical storage areas and heavy-traffic warehouses — any environment where hygiene, strength and chemical resistance are critical.

Completely seamless & joint-free
Chemical & acid resistant
Antimicrobial & FDA approved
Withstands heavy forklift traffic
Easy to clean & maintain
Available in any colour

Choose the Right System for Your Facility

We work with three main resin technologies. Each is suited to different environments and operational demands.

Industrial Epoxy

The most widely used resin floor type. Extremely hard, chemically resistant and long-lasting. Best for manufacturing floors, warehouses and general industrial environments.

Key Properties
60-80 MPa compressive strength
Excellent chemical resistance
Smooth, glossy seamless finish
Lifespan: 15-25 years

Polyurethane (PU) Screed

Designed for food and beverage environments where thermal shock from steam cleaning and hot washdowns is common. FDA and HACCP compliant for direct food contact areas.

Key Properties
Thermal shock proof (-40°C to +120°C)
Resistant to lactic & citric acids
Built-in antimicrobial protection
Textured, slip-resistant surface

MMA Rapid Cure

When downtime is not an option. MMA resin cures in just 2 hours, allowing your facility to return to full operation the same day. Ideal for retail, airports and 24/7 production lines.

Key Properties
Full cure in just 2 hours
Can be applied in sub-zero temps
UV-stable for outdoor areas
Minimal disruption to operations

Our Process

How we install your resin floor.

Every project follows a proven 4-step methodology to ensure perfect adhesion, durability and finish quality.

01

Surface Assessment

We test moisture content, surface hardness and adhesion pull-off strength to determine the right preparation method.

02

Mechanical Preparation

Shot-blasting or diamond grinding to create the optimal surface profile (CSP 3-5) for maximum resin adhesion.

03

System Application

Multi-layer resin build-up with primer, base coat and self-levelling or broadcast finish — applied to manufacturer specification.

04

Protective Seal Coat

UV-stable, anti-scratch top coat sealed across the entire surface for long-term protection and easy cleaning.
